Please share some interesting stories about today…

I learned about terms like port and how to use a winch, watching the sails go up. We also learned how to use a zooplankton net and how to use the ropes to measure how deep to go into the water, we finally learned the parts of a sailboat and how they work.

Any favorite wildlife sightings, quotes, games to share?

We played a game called big booty and we saw some seals throughout the day

Describe the anchorage or moorage where Carlyn is right now:

We are tied to a linear moorage in Echo Bay on Sucia Island.  The Carlyn is on glassy water with a very calm wind coming from the north.

Today’s weather…

Beautiful, very warm
