Peak to Peak Charter School – Day 4

Trip Day: Day 4

Location: James Island

Name(s): Peak to Peak School

School/Grade: 7th

The adventure departed the expanse of Orcas Island and charted a course for an island to claim more as their own. James island gives more of a feeling of being on a deserted island and plenty of quiet water for skipping rocks from the beach.

The ship tracker didn’t quite catch the beginning of the journey today, but their southwest track is getting them closer to their final destination 🙁

Today was a day in which the students spent a good amount of time compiling the data they’ve collected over the last few days, and spent time discussing the finding. Their science wrap-up for the trip will have them creating graphs and charts of their science data, and then they will present the results to each other.
