A Parents Role
Each year, several Salish Sea Expeditions take place simply because a parent has brought the idea to their child's teacher. Parents play an important part in every expedition from start to finish, beginning with fund-raising and packing the appropriate clothes and ending with transportation and effective follow up questions for your child.
If you are a parent interested in suggesting a Salish Sea Expeditions experience to your child's teacher, please feel free to contact the Salish office at info@salish.org for additional information and supporting materials.
