For Professional and Executive Groups

For corporate and other adult groups

Team Building AdVentures is an adult team-building program aimed at professional and executive groups.  Through daylong adventures on  the 61' Carlyn, corporate and other adult groups will engage in hands-on team building practices.  Through group development challenges, facilitation and processing, participants will experience unique and effective learning opportunities that will improve your team's effectiveness back on land.

Our goals include assisting groups in assessing team dynamics, improving communication skills, developing teamwork strategies, and building on individual strengths.  Proposed activities are centered on nautical science problem solving and include sail raising, navigation, team sail trim, mock emergency drills, and more.  Analysis and debriefing sessions focus on identifying issues and developing real-world solutions to improve overall team effectiveness.  Sessions last a full day and can be scheduled March through October with optimal group size at 10-16 participants.
